Richard Clark told the 9-11 Commission, and the nation that President Bush "pressured" him right after 9-11 to find a link between Iraq and Al Qaeda. Hmmn... You'd think being "pressured" to provide evidence of something that, Clark says, didn't exist would put a strain on the old employer/employee relations, now wouldn't you.
Why, then why did he include this paragraph full of gratuitous butt kisses in his resignation letter? I mean!, the rest of it was fawning enough!
Could it be that he was trying to sell more books????...NAW!!
